About Adella
We came from systems engineering. It shows.
Adella builds AdellaInsight — the operating system behind modern marketing teams. We think about marketing the way we once thought about chips: as a system with bottlenecks, feedback loops, and waste worth engineering out.
Why we exist
Marketing runs on human time it shouldn’t have to.
Every agency and in-house team we met was losing the same thing: their best people’s hours, poured into work that didn’t need a human — pulling reports, reconciling numbers, watching dashboards, drafting the same updates. The judgment was scarce. The drudgery was endless. And the drudgery was winning.
AdellaInsight exists to flip that ratio. The system absorbs the work that doesn’t need judgment, so the people can spend their time on the work that does. Not to replace the team — to multiply it.
Where we come from
A 25-year detour through deep tech.
Adella’s founder spent 25+ years at the intersection of deep technology and business — including 15 years as a software architect at Cadence Design Systems, working on the engines that optimize how computer chips are physically designed: timing, power, area, all under brutal constraints.
That background isn’t a footnote — it’s the worldview. Chip design taught us to look at any system and ask the same questions: where’s the bottleneck, where’s the wasted cycle, what compounds, and what can be optimized away entirely. We point those questions at marketing. It turns out marketing has the same structural problems — and most of them are solvable the same way: with better architecture, not more headcount.
How we’re built
The services prove the platform. The platform compounds the services.
Adella runs as both a marketing services practice and a software company, on purpose. The services work keeps us honest — every claim AdellaInsight makes is something we’ve had to deliver on real accounts, with real money on the line. And the platform makes the services scale in a way labor never could. Each side sharpens the other.
It means the product isn’t built by people guessing what agencies need. It’s built by people who run the work every day.
Where we’re going
A pillar of US marketing tech by 2029.
